Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales of products made through this website, operated by SPOREO SARL, a French limited liability company with a share capital of €90,000, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Lyon under number 847 962 420 R.C.S. Lyon (SIRET 847 962 420 00075), registered office at 26 rue Marius Grosso, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France, VAT number FR95847962420 ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By placing an order, the customer ("you") accepts these Terms in full.

Products 

The website offers official Ballon d'Or merchandise, including apparel and accessories, some of which may be personalized with a name and/or number. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes; minor variations between the image and the delivered product may occur.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of confirmation. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card and PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment issue or reasonable suspicion of fraud.

Order Confirmation

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. This confirmation does not constitute proof of stock availability; in the rare case a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will contact you to offer a refund or an alternative.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Deliveries are carried out by Colissimo and its logistics partners, with estimated delivery times of 1-2 business days within France, 2-6 business days within Europe, and 4-10 business days for the rest of the world, depending on the local logistics partner network. Tracking information is provided systematically. For deliveries outside the European Union, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery. In the event a parcel is lost or damaged during transport, the cost is borne by the Seller, not the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order, without providing any reason, entitling you to a refund including the initial shipping costs. As a commercial goodwill gesture, we extend the return window to a total of 30 days from receipt; returns made between day 15 and day 30 are accepted but the initial shipping costs are not refunded. Personalized products (featuring a name and/or number) and gift cards are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Legal Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law. These warranties apply regardless of, and in addition to, any commercial return policy described above, and entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund of a product that is defective or does not conform to its description, at no cost to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, trademarks, and the Ballon d'Or name and logo, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.

Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protections granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably or through consumer mediation shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
